Wash and Sort

So I had a large pile of washed t-shirts.  How to sort? I initially thought to sort by decades, the earliest being the 1980s.  As I started sorting, I realized that many of the t-shirts weren't from Camp Shomria Perth.  Some were from Shomria mifgashim in Israel (Hashomer Hatzair youth movement get-togethers), some from Hashomer Hatzair in other countries, and some from Camp Shomria in Liberty New York.  And some of those from Shomria Perth were multiples.  I set the "foreign" t-shirts aside.  I then sorted through the multiples for the largest sizes and best conditions. What I think is Quilt As You Go quilts.  Quilt As You Go (QAYG) is a technique where you make and quilt the blocks individually and then assemble the quilted blocks, usually with sashing.  If you're not a quilter, traditional quilts are usually made like a sandwich: the top is made from blocks which are sewn together in rows, and then the rows  sewn together, the middle is the batting, and the back is either one
